(September 6, 2019, 2:55 pm)The Publix in this Shopping Centre has amazing customer service. The CVS Pharmacy also has great customer service. The breakfast/lunch restaurant "Short Stacks", in my opinion, has the best pancakes with very reasonable prices.

(July 11, 2019, 2:35 pm)Customer service has been going downhill. Rude workers (Amanda especially), do not treat customers with mutual respect. There are still a few great workers at this locations, however very few. I've been going to this same Publix for 7+ years. Please reinforce customers service skills! The bag boy did a better job, than the cashier.
