Banter Restaurant

Banter is a beautiful hotel restaurant located downtown in the Canopy Hotel. It has a casual yet upscale feel. Banter serves craft beers, wines, craft cocktails and casual food. The bartenders are friendly. I ordered the mushroom flatbread with Boursin, chives and truffle oil.
It was delicious!

This is a hotel restaurant that I visited for breakfast. The dining room is a very nice space. I had the bagel and smoked salmon. The bagel was a modest interpretation of the genuine article. But not bad. The salmon was excellent. Reins Deli has nothing to fear from this salmon plate (deep cut for CT tourists). The coffee was at best passable. The server was great, very sweet. This is a good choice for breakfast.

The whole staff is awesome. From the rooftop to the valet parking. I wish every hotel will send their employees to this location so they can see how it is supposed to be done. Special thanks to Manny and his crew.

The entire experience was one of a kind, starting from Breakfast which was delicious to The staff: absolutely the top!

We had multiple servers taking care of our table making sure everything was good.

Michelle was our main server and had the most beautiful smile (even if she had her mask on.. you could see her genuine smile!) Such a caring young lady, She made our day with her sweetness and We cant wait to be back soon!!

Incredibile food and amazing service. Michelle, the supervisor, was very nice and took great care of us. Very rare to find a gorgeous hotel that can offer such exceptional food and service. Will definitely be back!
