Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap

The hostess doesn’t acknowledge customers as they walk in and doesn’t look up from her phone. We were standing there for a while waiting. The waitress had her mask around her chin and not over her mouth and nose. They say the vaccinated staff doesn’t have to wear masks so it’s hard to know where she stood. Her service was good and she was kind. The space is nice. The drinks and the veg pot pie were really good. Not a fan of the egg sandwich.

I highly recommend Batch and every Batch location but if you are looking for a fun, energetic, busy, brunch Party, West palm Beach location is where it is at on the weekend! I was so impressed by the entire operation. Eric the Manager was so helpful and while accommodating customers he was multi tasking and working the entire restaurant. Our group decided to sit at the Bar, Jake the bartender was one of the best I have seen. The bar was full and he managed to take care of everyone giving top service and not forgetting anything. He was never overwhelmed and always had a smile on his face. The food was outstanding! Best cinnamon rolls I have had in my life! My husband said the Chicken and waffles was one of the best pieces of fried chicken he has ever had! Deviled eggs were delicious and the drinks were amazing The whole experience was incredible. Cheers to you Batch for getting it right!

Food was so satisfying! We were all full and loving the flavors. That drink was incredible, "the garden" I believe was the name. As a craft bartender and gardener, I appreciated the use of vegetable based ingredients in the cocktail. Some of the draft drinks were on the sweet side which isn't my preference, but it made sure everyone had an option for their own taste. Went on vacation, will definitely go back next trip!!

Great fun to be had here. Awesome cocktail menu. Nice happy hour with 50% off most drinks. Some really sweet like the sweet tea cocktail some really balanced ĺike the old fashioned. The wings were super tasty, especially the Nashville ones. Definitely ordered too many ... the whiskey made me do it!!!

When you're in the mood for Southern cooking, Batch is your catch. We have had their shrimp and grits, the chicken pot pie, and this visit, we were there for happy hour and the incredible house-made bacon tots, a yummy russet potato tot with bacon, scallions and cheddar cheese with a ranch dip and happy hour beer.

An unusual menu for breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner which we plan to sample more.

My second meal here, served by Andy with style, was a quinoa and vegetable salad, plentiful with broccoli, snow peas, and asparagus, so fresh and lovely. This is a healthful option for those dining with the carnivores. :)
