Burger King

I like Burger King's Whoppers and I was in the area yesterday Congress and Summit so I decided I would stop and get myself a Whopper for my lunch on my way to my appointment that I had to go to and the person that took my order was not polite her personality was not good and when I got to the drive-thru window she was talking with the customer behind me and did not even apologize for having me wait with my hand extended. Of my driver side window with my credit card to pay for my food and most of all she didn't even say thank you after she gave me my receipt so I will not be visiting that Burger King anymore and I feel that the management should do something about this matter so in the future I will be visiting other Burger King's and I will not be visiting that one again the food nothing was wrong with it it was mainly the service and I'm very adamant about customer service I don't know about any other person's but I am I've always been ever since I became an adult and that has not changed. I'm just glad that I didn't order any more than I did. The employees and managers they need to be a people person because you are dealing with the public all day and all night. And nothing was given to me free so I should have gotten better customer service and I did and even if it was it's not about the food it's about the customer service.

By far the best double Whopper I have had the lettuce and tomato, onions jalepeno were fresh and the hamburger patties were hot juicy and delicious.

TACO BELL IS WAY BETTER FOR TACO'S. THE SHALL IS HORRIBLE. SERVICE IS A BIT ABOVE FAIR. FIRST TACO WAS OLD, MEAT DRIED OUT ON THE EDGES, TACO SOFT, AND TACO WAS OLD. THEY MADE A NEW ONE. I THINK THE TACO SITS OUT TOO LONG SINCE IT WAS NOT MUCH BETTER, ALTHOUGH THE BEEF IN IT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE. GOOD LUCK BURGER KING

Service was very prompt. Cashier had a very nice smile and was polite as well as efficient. We tried the impossible whopper. LOVED IT. good job Burger King.

Needed to eat prior to taking meds. was sick and not in great mood. went to drive thru and asked about a BBQ spicy chicken sandwich . Lewis answered and said hey I will have BBQ sauce put on a spicy chicken. You want lettuce and tomato. He was so friendly, professional and caring it cheered me up. Got to window and heard him taking an order asking mother if she wanted cookies or ice cream for the children.
Lewis had such great customer service skills I asked him if he was working on owning a Burger King. He said yes.
Got my BBQ spicy chicken and it was made to order with lettuce and tomato. Drove away happy with a great lunch.
Thanks Burger King for having such great employees like Lewis.
