went yesterday when swapping rental car near pbi airport( near west palm beach). right by gas station before the rental car return areas. get gas for your rental car and great bbq before u get in the plane. this was fabulous bbq. i got a rib and brisket combo, with collards and french fries, and their spicy bbq sauce. the sauce is not real spicy but VERY flavorful!! meat had great hickory smoke taste. collards were very yummy!! so worth stopping at!! not a pretty picture but didn't think about it till i was done with it the next day. got 2 meals out of it!

Delicious!!! Brisket with the mild sauce was perfect, baked beans have a cinnamon flavor which was absolutely awesome! Pulled pork was perfectly seasoned and delicious! For $47 we fed 6 people and felt perfectly satisfied with the portions!

I noticed this food truck on my way back from the beach and I had to give it a try. So happy I did because the brisket and rib tips combo was utterly delicious. The sides of potato and salad and mac n cheese were some of the best sides I’ve ever had with BBQ. Honestly, as I write this review and think back on that meal, I’m hungry for it again! The fellas at Cook Boys BBQ really put their heart into the food and it shows. The truck itself is spotless and the food is fantastic. Also, make sure to grab the special mix iced tea as it is so refreshing. Cook Boys BBQ is my new go-to spot for all things BBQ.
