I purchased the hazelnut ice coffee & was served by Sharon. Sharon was very friendly, personable, and portrayed passionate customer service skills. I hope you realize what a great asset you have & pay her accordingly. Keep up the great work Ms. Sharon. Thank you

i go here,pretty much every morning. the staff is so humble and nice and they always make me laugh. even the cookers are greet full and nice. this is probably the best dunkin i been to yet, i love it. they deserve an award.

I'm in town for a very sick grandmother and it isn't looking good, so I have been feeling very sad. Sharon was right at the front of the store tidying up and keep the place looking very clean and shiny. She went out of her way to get the door for me and greeted me with one of the warmest welcomes I have had in a long time coming into any other establishment as well. Sharon seen that I was in less then high spirits and did everything she could to make me smile and have a laugh . I felt way better before I left there and the coffee was awesome and exactly what I needed. Thumbs up to the whole staff but especially sharon?!!!
