The hours didn't really coincide with my schedule, but I finally got a chance to stop by. They are a little pricy, but the food is awesome. The French can cook some delicious food and make you leave like you hardly ate.

French immigrant Sylvie and her late husband have owned the French Corner Bistro for many years. In a small restaurant in a strip mall on Okeechobee Boulevard, they created a local outpost for French cuisine and culture. The summer special offers soup or salad and dessert and the main entree for the price of the entree alone. It is a super deal if you can eat all of it, which is not easy. The home-made split pea soup was outstanding, along with the goat cheese salad. My wife ordered one, I ordered the other and we shared both. We both ordered the incredible crispy duck with sides of spinach and potatoes. Both of us had profiteroles for dessert. A super meal for a modest price.
