Leo's Crab Shack

First time visiting since coming to south fl. Place is small, the wait was a little long, but I must say the crabs and shrimps were Well Worth The Wait. I would definatelt recommend this place to anyone. Leo was very awesome in helping out with the menu

I was looking for live blue crabs as I sm originally from Maryland....they understood that I am used to large Male crabs and called the crabbers in the field asking him to locate some large jimmies...they then called me to come in when they were delivered. I ordered 3 dozens and I think they gave me several extras...maybe a half dozen! By Maryland standards they were not the jumbos I know but they were nice crabs and full of meat and prices were good too! They also offer cooked crabs and other seafood that looked good. I will be back frequently.

Food very good plus. Limited menu no coal slaw, salad etc, what they do is great. Buy it out, take it home and eat in luxury with your home made side dishes of your own making. Would recommend it to anyone for which food over ambiance is preferred. Owner Very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic!!! Wanted something to make a birthday meal special, and settled on the steamed crab and shrimp combination. The crab and shrimp themselves were delicious, tender and tasty meat, but the garlic/seasoned butter pushed it up to heavenly. The birthday guest was raised crabbing and shrimping along the South Carolina coast, and said he remembers having "bushels" of each to cook and eat, which he loved. He said Leo's Crab Shack was superior to anything he has had in his past. Can't wait for the stone crab to be in season. Recommend highly, feel you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making a memorable and delicious celebratory meal.

This is everything a Crab shack should be. Butter just flows like rivers of gold. The prices are great and the crab is delicious. If you want a real Crab shack experience with real great food this is the place to go. Leo himself will be there to select your crab and make sure that you have a great experience. I know I did and I'll be back many times.
