McDonald's

Normally serve fresh food and typically have a pleasant staff working and cleanliness is on point. The staff seems to care enough to make the customers experience a good one by being both polite and accommodating to whatever a customer asks for from what I've witnessed so far. I wish however they could move a little faster during their late night hours. Last week I waited 22 minutes in the drive thru, the week before I decided to go inside because the drive thru line was long and waited 28 minutes. They definitely have enough staff to handle the busyness but just need a little more structure. From what I've observed, everyone is taking care of everything with the exception of the window cashier. Instead they should have a dedicated person on each position, a bagger, fries/sandwiches, drinks and window person they would move faster. Instead of one person taking orders for both lanes, whomever is manning both windows can handle a lane (if you add a register to the second window). Anyways, you didn't ask me all this but I can only give 4 stars due to the speed!

I really enjoy visiting this McDonald's . The employees , managers are very professional , respectful kind and greet you with a smile whether you come inside the restaurant or through the drive-thru. And the restaurant is always clean and the restrooms as well so I'm glad that they take pride in keeping McDonald's restaurant like it should be. I certainly hope all the customers that come and do business there is appreciative just as myself is, that such pride is taken in the business and where they work. I love the way that. Their menu is concerning foods and drinks and the nutritional value which is very very important to me health-wise as well as taste and appearance. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Great food. Great customer service. Plus you get to order and enjoy your food quickly! Overall it's a great place!
