The place was a bit busier then you'd think for a Wednesday night but there was enough parking and table available. Would not recommend bringing an oversized vehicle because the spaces are definitely made for compact cars and small SUVs.
We were seated immediately, but told that there are no waiters. You have to order from the online QR code and the food is brought to your table.
After we placed the order, about 3 minutes later, the 2 entrees and 2 sides were brought to our table (a little too quick for "fresh" meals).
Everything was room temperature or cold except the center of the pulled pork on the French fries, which was burning hot.

BRISKET SANDWICH: Meat was so soft, like butter to bite into. The rest of the sandwich was good (pickles, french onions, sauce); Probably the only thing I'd recommend.

PIG BEACH BURGER (Single): Tasted closer to a Dave's Single from Wendy's then a BBQ restaurants signature burger. But the patty did melt in your mouth.

FRENCH FRIES (ADDED CHEESE & PULLED PORK): Portion size was HUGE for a side. Fries were boring and unseasoned. The cheese was just plain nacho cheese sauce. The pulled pork was smokey, seasoned, soft, tender, but a little fatty.

CORNBREAD: Buttery, pretty good, but also nothing special.
Also, When I opened the little container of prepackaged butter to put on my cornbread, it was discolored, separated and chunky, which ruined my appetite.

After all that, one of the staff came over to ask about our food. I let them know the butter was separated and the food was cold. They brought me a new piece of cornbread and butter which was kind. They kept saying that I should've told them that before we ate our food so they could've made it right... But we had no waiter and no one checked on us the ENTIRE time we were eating... So who was I supposed to tell?

Overall: I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, nor would I recommend this place, unless it's JUST for the meat.

I have nothing bad to say about the service I received when I went. Everyone there was so friendly. The food was DELICIOUS! I had the brisket sandwich, which was to die for. The ambiance is great. My server gave me extra cups which are awesome. They change color once you add the drink.

As a fat kid from Houston, Texas I'm confident I've eaten at least 10x my body weight in brisket sandwiches and I'll say, I am proud to have added these delicious, moist, well seasoned calories to my girth.

Also, the real winner was the beans. The baked beans are the perfect dipping sauce for the brisket sandwich. I actually ate some of the bean, then took off a good chunk of the brisket from the sandwich and put it into the beans. Not only was there amble meat left on the sandwich, the brisket in the beans got an intimate bath of flavors before I did everything but cute the cup in half to get every morsale of deliciousness out.

😔 Note the "pickles" weren't really pickled. Otherwise a solid 4.9 experience that requires I go back for more.

    Updated review:
I’ve been to pig beach 4 times since they opened and the food is still amazing. I changed my 5 star review to 3 stars because the service is terrible. The ordering process on the phone always has issues and is the worst part of going to Pig Beach. I am used to using QR codes for basically everything these days and am pretty tech savvy but I cannot stand the phone ordering process. The food took forever and got sent to the wrong table, no one came to check on us and instead they threw out the food and charged my credit anyway. There were plenty of staff standing around who could have taken our orders and been our server but we had to order through the app. I’d understand if you were making customers order from the app to cut down on payroll but there were literally 12 staff members just walking around refilling waters, they could have easily taken orders. This app system is so dumb. Just go back to servers like a normal restaurant. Literally the worst part about this place.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This bbq is the real deal. The brisket was one of the best briskets I have ever had, living in Texas and Tennessee I have had my fair share. Definitely get the smoked wings, those were the best wings in west palm beach. Pulled pork was incredible, sausage amazing, the whole menu was incredible. They did an amazing job with the build out, the restaurant looks great! Congrats Shane and team!

The brisket sandwich is amazing! So tender and juicy. The corn salad has pineapple in it so it’s perfect and refreshing for a hot Florida summer. Who doesn’t love some good Mac and cheese with their bbq? They do it well here! Lots of large TV’s so great for watching your favorite team play.
