Pollo Tropical

Great food! Cars were wrapped around the building in the drive thru, so they had a very nice employee taking our order on a tablet. Food was fresh and hot. Sauces are so good on anything... wish we still had a Pollo in our area. Both closed last year.

The menu is decent enough and varied.
The service is pretty fast. There was a missing item in my order. I told the girl and she replaced it, not big deal.

Pros: Food is healthy and very tasty. The cashier was very friendly and fast. The price is perfect for the amount of food you receive. You will definitely be full. The selection of sauces are great. Definitely recommend the garlic cilantro sauce. The food choices are simple to choose from and the pictures helps out a lot.

Cons: can be hard to find a table to eat at. The food can take awhile to get to you (but the benefit that it’s fresh). It’s fast food but the decor of the restaurant is not so nice. The sauce counter is messy at times. There should be a better system.

I opted to go inside as the drive thru was ridiculously long. Guess everyone had the same idea at the same time. Inside service probably took just as long. Order was correct. I forgot to ask for my quarter chicken white to be well done. It makes a difference. My tropichop was ordered with double chicken. I think they skimped on that.
