(August 23, 2019, 1:49 am)The broth was very flavorful. I got the shoyu. Slight hints of ginger, lots of that savory broth flavor (umami). You can tell they worked on getting the stock that tasteful- it’s hard to do and many ramen broths end up bland. Not this place though. They have it figured out. I’m picky about ramen broth and this place is over and above the cut. The bao buns were delicious too.
It’s consistent with Grandview prices- a little pricey. But you get what you pay for. If you love ramen like me- this is your place. -
