Roux Cajun Cuisine

We decided to go to Grandview to check out the food options and I'm glad we did. First of all the customer service was amazing, thanks to Mama Roux ( sorry don't remember her name). She gave us a sample of their grits, can you say FLAVOR?! They were creamy with a hint of smoke. We ordered the mushroom pasta, it was absolutely delicious! If you're in the area check them out!

Amazing taste of New Orleans! My husband and I went to Grandview Market last night. There are many dining options in this one venue and I am so happy we decided to order from here. We ordered Shrimp & Grits (great portion for the price; AMAZING flavor/ just right amount of spice), Gumbo (the best I’ve had outside Nola), garlicky green beans (not typically Cajun but if you love garlic you will want to order a second side- I could eat this all day) AND I forgot the name of it but a corn side that was also AMAZING. I’ve lived in Nola and worked at a lot of restaurants and can be a harsh critic. The food and service was excellent! I’ll be back!

I love gumbo so much, and this place has amazing gumbo. Could honestly just end it there, thanks for coming to my Ted talk. But also, everyone I talked to was so nice and genuine! When I went back to return the little baskets they asked me what I thought, lovely food and people.

Our food was so delicious!!! The owner made sure that we enjoyed our food and the wait was reasonable! This Cajun Cusine is worth it! Will be coming back again. 10/10

I just discovered this restaurant, and I wish I found it earlier, hands-down some of the best Cajun food I've ever had in my entire life.
My meal consisted of a Cajun style Seafood Boil consisting of fresh Shrimp, boiled egg, corn, rustic potatoes and andouille sausage that are blended together for a superb meal.
