This store mixes old and new vegetables and as a result the bad ones spoil good ones. If we buy vegetables here they don’t last more than 2 days. We can’t drive 20 miles every 2 days to buy new vegetables. They have to improve quality of vegetables they sell.
What an absolutely beautiful clean, well stocked and organized! Every and I mean every spice and ingredient you need for Indian food they have! Plus incense and alyer items. Just a fabulous store! The owner is so kind and helpful!!
If you like ethnic food and enjoy cooking it at home, make sure you visit this Indian store.
They have a big variety of fresh vegetables, including some typical Indian ones. There is a big section of (typical) frozen food, an aisle dedicated to skin care, and many kitchen tools as well as religious items.
What I absolutely loved though, was checking out all the legumes, and above all, the HUGE variety of spices that they have! Not to talk about all their baking products: you will find any kind of flour here.
Unfortunately we were there a late afternoon, so the section where they prepare their famous Samosa was closed: we will return for them.
The place is very spacious, bright, clean and well organized.
They are located in a plaza, so parking is not an issue
Very large Indian supermarket. I call it supermarket instead of food store because they also have plenty of drugstore products, from personal hygiene to natural shampoos and supplements, in short it’s not just about food.
Aisles are very easy to navigate, well organized and the place is clean. The variety of legumes is astonishing, we spent a lot of time translating to English the various beans and legumes we saw.
Spices abound and you also have a wide choice of brands.
This is really a great Indian store, and again, don’t discard the “non-food” part. They also have a lot of frozen meals, but I didn’t get any because we don’t use prepared meals: the fun is in making them.
This will definitely be my Indian store of choice.
