    I ordered a large iced mocha latte with whipped cream. There was very little mocha flavor in it at all, it was mostly a coffee flavor, which is fine if that's what you ordered. It didn't even have a 1/4 cup of ice in it to cool it off or keep it cold. The whipped cream looked like it had been out for days in the heat, or like it came out of a flat can. There was no fluff to the texture of the whipped cream, you could call it flat cream.
