this place is great! was in town and looking for something healthy and this hit the spot. it’s a build-your-own bowl type of place. the staff was also super friendly!

Went last night for the first time. Owner (Andy-Angelina) was there and made our bowls. They were fresh, filling, and delicious! Highly recommend. We'll be back.

Husband and I went for lunch. Order Poke' bowls which were amazing. Each made fresh, and what we chose to put in it. Staff very friendly and helpful. They also have fresh smoothies,salads, and sandwiches. This will definitely be a regular place for us. Welcome to the neighborhood.

I just recently moved to the Hudson area here in Florida. I ran to the local grocery store to grab some butter for dinner, and this little new restuarant caught my eye. Tropical Poké Cafe. I had no idea what that was, so as I pulled thru the parking lot I ran the van up along the curb and the young lady working was out front wiping the outdoor seating down. I inquired and she let me have a menu and told me all about it. Rice bowl, topped with fresh sushi grade portions (salmon, scallops, ahi tuna) and even some non sushi like chicken teriyaki, tofu, octopus, and crab meat. Then top it all off with about 20 differnet toppings. Then sauces and seseame seeds. AMAZING!!!! and just like the 1980s commercials.... BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! Pannini sandwiches, Cubans, homemade chicken salads, BLT, and a few more. Then you can create your own salads with ALL the previously mentioned toppings over spinach, fresh lettuce, or a spring mix. also, SMOOTHIES!! I mean COME ON! this is a great local eatery, small business owned. The first location is in Tarpon Springs and they are doing so well, they stared this second location in Hudson to get to the local residents and make this a healthy eatery.
