Once again. I had to treat myself to some YUMMY THAI FOOD TRUCK FOOD. Once again not disappointed. Super happy I did it. Chef Noi was on point with the spices. Not to die not to watery. Just rite!!! I am a very picky eater. She showed me her style of Thai. I can not believe these lady's cooking skills. Her food is simply the best. Whips it up I mins with a big smile the whole time. You can see she loves doing this. I am so glad I met her. Good woman funny and can COOK. If you have a chance to get to Hudson. Just north of 52 on US Hwy19. Stop and get some YUMMY THAI FOOD TRUCK FOOD. Don't miss out. It is YUMMMMMMMMY!!!!!!

We have gotten meals from Yummy Thai Food Truck many times since it opened, and have never been disappointed. Everything is always five star including the quality, quantity and flavor of the food, the really good pricing, and always the friendly and prompt service.

I very highly recommend the drunken noodles. Absolutely delicious.

I would like to address the post below that speaks about the yellow curry not being thick enough. The curry is made with coconut cream and is definitely creamy and plenty thick. The curry here does not use thickeners such as cornstarch or other starchy thickeners, that some might be used to from other Thai restaurants. Because of this, the curry is more authentic than you often find elsewhere. Here they do not compromise flavor with such thickeners. The curry is flavorful and delicious.

Super nice owners with great food and service. i had the Pad Thai with Drunken noodles for lunch. Perfect on the spices and curry. Totally 100% Thai. I was 100% happy. I also took order of spring rolls for later. The best Thai food around. The sweet lady owner Noi. Whipped it up fresh and fast. Owner Brad kept me laughing while waiting. I drive up there few times a week 12 miles away. I have been there many times in last few month. Food is always super. I make sure i stop in for the AWESOME FOOD and GREAT SERVICE with a smile. I wish they delivered to Holiday Definitely worth the trip and they will definitely be seeing more again.

I went here for lunch today and I was afraid I would even have time to eat before my break was over but my order was done super fast and everything was super fresh. The Dumplings are AMAZING!!!! I’m a huge fan of dumplings and I can say I’ve never had any like these. All I have to say is don’t hesitate to stop here the woman cooking has a gift lol

Really nice owners and excellent food. We had Pad Thai and Drunken noodles for lunch. Owner Noi cooked it up fresh while Owner Brad kept us entertained while waiting. Definitely worth the trip and we will definitely be back.

Love this place. The food is so freshly tasty. They have free local delivery. The staff is very nice. We always order their fried rice, so delicious. Everything in their menu is tasty. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!
