Wendy's

I eat here several times a week.. it's really a hit or miss on the staff! Some shifts my food is amazing and others it's just a mess, fries are cold, and they don't even get the drinks right! Our last visit, what looked like the shift manager was literally hiding from the window and after several attempts I finally got someone to acknowledge I was even there! I will say, the person who finally did acknowledge me was very nice and helpful! Hopefully things start getting better cause I really enjoy Wendy's when my food is actually fresh and not thrown together and they get my order right!

Pretty good Wendys location. Its busy at times in drive thru but so far all my Fries have been all fresh and hot(a must for my kids). Kids and Dog like the burgers. Staff has always been nice and upbeat every time.

Been coming here since they opened. John and his team is the best. Always Friendly to us and does the best he can to provide top service. In my opinion this is the best Wendy's in the area of land o lakes and Lutz.

Convenient location with great service. Visit occasionally with our family and always receive pleasant service. On one occasion I forgot to order a chicken sandwich plain and they promptly fixed the issue! Highly suggest using the Wendy’s app for great special offers. Order ahead or use in store! Location is always clean!

Very clean location with a friendly staff. This Wendy's restaurant is conveniently located in Wesley Chapel on SR54 in a shopping plaza. This restaurant is typical of the Wendy's chain in that its clean and well maintained. The menu has a variety of food choices and the food is well prepared and delicious. The staff is friendly and competent. It's well worth a visit when in the area .
