LongHorn Steakhouse

The NY strip was very good. I just expect a little more than a basic steakhouse for a $36 bill. The bread was fresh, but overcooked. The loaded baked potato had very little toppings (other steakhouses have the toppings in a tray to dress the potato). Food never disappoints. Just wish the experience was a little "extra"

Dinner was perfect. Very tasty. The service was great too regardless of it being a very busy night. Waiter checked in us periodically to make sure we were good.

This was probably to be expected for a Friday night. It was a long week, so everybody was looking to unwind. For me, it was the first time I frequented the place. Longhorn was much more than worth the wait. If you are a meat person, you can't go wrong. I had sirloin. Forgive me, but they had some fancy name that came before this cut. I don't remember right now; it doesn't matter. The temperature was perfect; the seasonings were on the ball with the brown gravy that I ordered on the side. I paired it with some mash potatoes and steamed broccoli. Gotta say every little bite of that sirloin was better than the last. Bravo Longhorn.
