Pollo Tropical

Good food but needs more worker to clean dining and trash. Most of the workers are in the kitchen. They forgot where customers eat!!!

I placed an order online, walked in and stood by the Online Order sign. Not one person said a word to me as I stood there. My order was ready for pick up at 6:13 but after 8 minutes of standing there, I had to ask an employee if my order was ready. It was indeed ready for pick up 8 minutes earlier. Two walk ins ordered and left with food before my anyone even acknowledged me. There is obviously an issue with online ordering at this location.

My favorite restaurant! The mojo pork is the best! Very good and fast service too. I love eating inside and enjoy the cilantro dressing !

amazing experience at this store...we have been at different locations of pollo tropical in the past and this time around have been the best one by far, we were impressed by how happy the employees looked like, kind of like they were having some type of event at the store. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. During our time in the store we were greeted by on of the managers and that made us feel special.
