Carmelita's Mexican Restaurant

My mother and I went to this establishment 2 weeks in a row and were greeted by a friendly hostess and sat immediately in a booth, which we requested. We had the pleasure of having the same waitress who remembered us even though the week prior was Valentine's Day and it was packed full of patrons. She was very friendly and even partially remembered our order from the week prior. She even joked and said, "just give me one more week and I will remember your exact order." This was said after our statement that we would probably be in every Thursday, ordering the same thing because we enjoyed it so much! She provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner and even brought out extra napkins without us having to ask. We have been very pleased with the service and will be returning again next week. I encourage anyone who has not been there to go, enjoy the service, food and atmosphere. You will not be unsatisfied!

FAB little hideaway with authentic Mexican food.
Tacos were good, chicken inside was GREAT. A bit disappointed with the rice, it was very dry.

The food is always good. The margarita was exceptional! The staff is friendly and makes great recommendations if you can't decide on which item to choose.

Solid Mexican food with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Substitutions made without issue. As much chips and salsa as you want with a few different salsa choices. Margaritas are large, though I didn't taste it. I ordered a whiskey and diet coke and it was made strong, so I was happy.

I believe they are known for their Mexican pizzas here. Vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu.

Good but not great. I like my Mexican food hot or spicy if you will. Great mango margaritas. Almost stiffed my waitress. An oversight on my part. It all came out good.
