Pasta di Guy

I have had pasta di guy from both locations and they are both amazing! my husband had the chicken parm sandwich and he said it was the best he's ever had and enough for him to save some for later. My chefs pasta was really good and filling. I also had enough to save for later. It comes in to go containers which I appreciated. Location is clean and inviting to sit in. Great family business!

Amazing restaurant. There is a great atmosphere with vibrant colors and Italian music. Yet alone their food. Very delicious and fresh. You can taste the unique flavor in the homemade pasta. Also has great service and is convenient. I highly recommend this place for all you pasta lovers.

I took my daughter and two Grandchildren to try this new restaurant today. Although the food was good there are several things that I see as negatives. The food is very expensive. My bill for four people was over $50 which included two kids meals. For $13 I got Pasta in a bowl. A small portion. I can get a full Italian meal locally for that. They did not even provide a piece of bread with my Pasta. The server was very friendly and the food was good but it is just too expensive for me to go back.

We loved the choices! I had the zucchini noodles with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms in a marinara sauce and I had to try some of the fresh pasta too. Both were plentiful and yummy. The hubs had the Italiano sub with a side of truffle fries…yum! We were looking at all the food served to other customers and it all looked so good. The staff was so attentive and just really nice. Great place to grab a quick dinner with the family! We will be back!

We attended the soft opening a few days ago - my kids ordered the kiddos Alfredo and marinara, I had the Chefs fave which I believe is the vodka sauce with sausage. Both kids had chicken as their protein. Pasta was absolutely delicious, fast and prompt service. One minor issue and it was fixed in under 90 seconds. The owner had complimentary wine out and that was honestly some of the best red wine I've tasted! Both kid and I cannot wait to go back! So glad to have Pasta di Guy in Trinity! Great location too!
