The food was definitely 5 stars. The service was 50/50 we spoke to 2 employees: 1 was majorly attentive and 1 acted like we were bothering him while taking our order. Ketchup was out so we asked for ketchup and the guy who gave us the ketchup packets was really nice. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the floor seemed like it was mopped in grease. We had to be very careful not to slip across the entire surface of the restaurant. Again the food was great, the service was 50/50 but the floor made the place feel like it had an uncleanly vibe.

First time trying out BurgerFi! The burgers were delicious and the staff was polite. I gave 4 stars just because it was a bit pricey. I will definitely go back again though because I want to try the shakes...they looked sooo good!

This restaurant is completely new to me. I’ve seen some reviews both bad and good, so I was a bit spectacle about going to this place. When I arrived I was wowed by the aesthetic of this restaurant! Completely wonderful. I’ve heard a lot about the Service here but when I arrived I was greeted immediately. There was a young man who seemed to be the manager of the place, he was instructing his employees and teaching them good customer service and care. Looks like this place is really working towards customer services and their experience. Long way to go, but with this type of management it will get done. I received my order which was a lot for me and my family but it came to us I would say in less than 10 minutes! Great place and wonderful food. Will definitely be back soon for more!

Couldn't wait for BurgerFi to arrive. I don't eat Fast Food Burgers only Quick Serve style as the food is fresher. Having eaten at other locations in the US. I was thrilled to have one in our backyard. Tool My Dad and he loved it as well. A great alternative to the Fast Food sector
