The staff are friendly and very helpful as i have a 5 month old. The food was hot and delicious and it was served in good timing

Average. Staff was friendly, but could be a little more attentive. Food order went smooth and was a great value when dining on the 3 for $10 option. Food was cooked correctly and tasted as expected.

Restrooms and empty tables were not attended to promptly and in disarray. Arrived just previous to the lunch rush which indicates little to no time and opportunity to clean up.

Overall average score when considering location, time of day, day of week, etc.

we have gotten the smoke house platter before it was great.
This time it was sub par to say the least.
(Which is frustrating because before we have always had great food from this location.)
We got the 3 choice. The chicken breast was good but very small. The supposedly double order of brisket was tiny, only one serving in size and very thin slices and tasted old.
The plus, fries were hot and fresh and the 3 pickle slices of pickle were good. Although they seemed to be sliced much thinner than the last time.
We were very disappointed.

This particular Chili's location prepared their food well. My burger was very good and fries were fresh.

For a chain restaurant this was really good. Some menu choices are just strange though. My significant other chose "spicy shrimp tacos" and the tacos had Cole slaw on them. Strange flavor combination and it made the food cold.
