First time coming and would def come back! There isn't any seafood boil place in the area and if I wanted something like this I would have to drive to Orlando. Very happy that this place opened up here. I've noticed many people came and ended up leaving because they thought this was a gumbo restaurant and looking for Creole food, however this is not the place. They serve hot bags of seafood by the pound with potatoes and corn all mixed in a sauce of your choice. Classic seafood boil that I know and love. Will be coming back !
OMG I must say I was very pleased. We didn’t get to make the grand opening, however we made it in today. I love that this place is all about quality and not quantity. There are no great crab places on this side of town until Captain Crab finally opened its doors. Our server was friendly unfortunately I didn’t get her name it was “Ashlyn or Ashley” and the store manager “Rain” was pretty amazing and friendly. If you get a chance or looking to try something new and looking for Quality seafood pay them a visit! This will definitely be are new date night / get away new dinner place . I’ve read some of the reviews below and I’m a little confused because our experience was great. Just a side note who goes to a “Captain Crab” and orders “Wings”?? Maybe hooters is a Better fit for them I’m sure they serve fresh wings and frozen sea food. Just a friendly advice to the “Executive Chef” who commented ????
Travel by New Port Richey and decide to try this place out. That place has a cool vide and the food is great. Reasonable price and good portion. Our meal was serve in a seafood boil bag in Kajun style. Super fun and authentic!
