Dang Good Sushi

Seriously the BEST sushi I’ve ever had! The Surf and Turf has been my longtime favorite…BUT the Cluck Off roll is incredible and I am in awe of how much it satisfies my love of sushi and Chick-fil-A. Last night was my first time visiting the restaurant and it is such a cute spot. The perfect place to go with a group of friends. We were a larger group of 8 people and they were so accommodating moving tables together. We brought our own bottles of wine and also made sure to visit Escape Brewery next door!

We have had Dang Good Sushi in the past at their food truck but today was the first time we made the trip from Brooksville to their store front location. It was our anniversary and I’m so glad we made the trip down. We ordered the dumplings, Dang surf and turf, and F the New Year roll. So delicious. The rolls were large portions everything tasted so fresh. Ashly and Patrick were really nice. The other staff members were friendly and they all made sure we were happy the entire time. We can’t wait to go back and try other options on their menu.

Dang Good Sushi popped up on my Facebook feed yesterday and I know how much my husband loves sushi so we decided to try it last night. We are very happy we did. The place was packed on a Monday night. Our only option was to sit at the bar which was nice because while we waited we watched them roll others sushi and had the pleasure of meeting the owners Patrick, Ashly and their girls. They offer very creative sushi rolls and poke bowls. We ordered the High Five roll, Japanese bagel roll, Cluck off roll and a tuna poke bowl. All tasted so fresh and delicious. You can tell Patrick and Ashly put their heart and soul into their business. Atmosphere, service, food and prices all above satisfactory! We look forward to coming again soon.

What can I say about Dang Good Sushi?! Amazing sushi. Ashly has come up with amazing names for the sushi rolls. Patrick makes good sushi roll. Been in three times this week for “chief choice” and each has been amazing. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I tell all my friends and family about Dang Good Sushi. As long as they keep making great sushi I will keep coming back. I used to follow them around when they had the food truck.
