This was one of the best meals I have had in a while! I had the Grilled Vegetable Bowl with Gyro. It was amazing! Just wish I lived closer! The service was great.

Food is great! Customer service? Not so much. Ordered a take-out tonight over the phone (since apparently they are no longer taking online orders at the moment). Girl who took my order never said thank you. Didn’t even say bye! Just hung up.

Walked in to get my food. No hi or anything. “Picking up? Name? Here.” Even tipped almost $10 on $40. Still no “thanks.” “Have a good night.” Nothing.

Walked out to my car. Realized they forgot the kid drinks that come with the kids meals. Went back in to get the drinks. No apology or anything. Just “oh. here.”

I’m a huge stickler for good customer service. Seems so hard to come across nowadays.

Had the service been better, I would’ve given a five-star review.

The place is great but if you are ordering takeout be sure and check your order before you leave. I always see people doing that and now that I have been burned a couple of times ,I will too. Minor problems but irritating. They wear shirts saying everything is better wit tzatziki but on my last order they did not put it in the bag. Another time I asked for chopped salad and paid it for but it was not chopped. The food is good for some reason , the takeout system is as good

Frequent diner here but my recent visit was very disappointing. I received "shopping mall' quality food. They served me the entire dry gyro meat basically the outer dry portion of the stack meat. I should have asked for a refund or extra sauce to add moisture to the dry meat or request soup to dip the meat into soup for awhile to soften the dry paper meat. So if you experience this event try those option mentioned. Good luck. Otherwise the location, service, cleanliness are up to par. However, Pricey !! for dry shaved meat. To the management, first check/inspect for high quality food are being service to patrons.

Update... reduced a star. See original review below. The owner responded and encouraged us to try ordering online to speed up the process which we did today. Unfortunately, we got home and an entire kids meal was missing. Ugh. I know we could have checked ourselves at the store but why should we have to do that? So disappointed.

Love this place... great food! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to how long it takes to get food. They always have a ton of people on the line prepping food but it consistently takes a long time to get it.
