Food was really good. We got bottomless floats and tavern burgers. The fries were hot and tasty. Our server was very attentive. Only issue was that the floor in the bar area where they seated us was very slick.

Great food and service. Our server was so good at her job. She made us feel welcome. She was great.
I'm embarrassed to say that I have forgotten her name. Here is a hint. We were a party of 3
We had our best friend there to eat lunch.SHE was I
N A WHEEL CHAIR if that helps identify our server who was so good at her customer
    skills.
We were sitting in front of the restroom entrances if that helps.
    Great food ,service .

My first time at red robin and it was great. I ordered the whiskey river burger and it was beyond good! I don't usually eat all my food but this time I did! The fries were excellent. I also ordered the mountain mud pie. It's pretty good for chocolate lovers but the best part was the cookie crust!

Excellent burger. Awesome concept of bottomless drinks and sides, but was too satisfied with the meal to take advantage of it. Nice place, friendly and efficient service. Loss of star for two reasons: the kitchen towel roll used instead of napkins was soiled on both ends; the table extensions making the square table into a larger circular table were inclined, causing a spill and unnatural placement of plates and glasses.

Red Robin’s was one of our favorite casual dining option in NC when we were looking for a good burger. We still like the burgers and have gone to this location about 10 times moving to Florida about a 1 1/2 years ago, BUT this location doesn’t travel the best service and isn’t as inviting as our old NC location.

Still, if you want a great variety of burgers, a great turkey burger, or decent lettuce wrapped burger, it should be one of your first choices. We still go about once a month when we get a sudden urge for a burger.
