Went in at 4:45pm on Sunday. Not very busy so seated right away. Place was clean, service prompt. Ordered food and drinks everything came timely. Food was delicious. I had rib and pulled pork platter. My husband had a salad and sandwich. We will absolutely be back!
Jarrett was our server and he did an amazing job. Really good customer service! The menu is good with a lot of Milk free items (we can’t have dairy). Out of all the big chain restaurants this is bar far one of the best. Also, the TV set up is perfect, especially for multiple games. Great job Jarret and the rest of the staff!
Food is decent and the servers are very friendly. The kitchen however is quite slow. Management seems to be aware of the issue and did their best to compensate, but appetizers should never come out after your entrees which makes it hard to give this more than a 3 star rating.
I was hesitant to try this location because I had two poor experiences at the Glory Days in New Tampa. The Wesley Chapel location rocks! The hostess was friendly, my server (Karen B.) was on the ball. Food was hot and fresh. While observing the staff, I noticed that they are heads and shoulders above the servers at the location on Bruce B Downs Blvd. I had the hot onion cheese dip and a Monte Cristo sandwich. Both were good. Karen kept my drink replenished and was knowledgeable about the menu and kind. I'm happy to have this addition to our community.
