Pasta di Guy is absolutely amazing. I was having a very rough day so I ordered my comfort food - Alfredo pasta from here. It's literally the best pasta. Unfortunately on my way there, my truck broke down and I was unable to pick up my order. Pasta di Guy called and when I let them know what happened, they offered to bring me the pasta, for no additional charge, right to where I was. I was floored at their customer service!! No one does that these days!! Thank you Pasta di Guy for making my day and being absolutely amazing!! Massive shout out to Emily for going above and beyond!!!!
My family ordered take out tonight and it was our first time trying this place. We loved it. The portions were big for the money, which wasn’t even expensive and it was delicious. I have been craving homemade pasta and it hit the spot. Will be back!
I had the chef's pasta with Alfredo sauce, chicken and mushrooms. The ingredients tasted fresh as if they were picked staright from a farm earlier that day. The Alfredo sauce was so rich creamy without being overpowering. My truest compliments to the chef. You are a master of your skill!
After having gotten pasta from their food truck we definitely wanted to check out the restaurant once it opened. It certainly did not disappoint. The pasta is amazing. The Bolognese was amazing. And don’t get me started on the cannoli because that cheesecake filling is also amazing!!
The portions are a good size for the cost. The space was nice. Overall a wonderful place!!
The quality of the food is great, however I had two main issues. The first is price. The prices made sense for a food truck, not for a brick and motar restaurant.
The second was the Beef Bolognese. One of my favorite dishes, here is really just a meat sauce. Ground beef in marinara is not Beef Bolognese.
The fried ravioli were great and the breasticks were flavorful without being overbearing or soggy (drenched in butter).
Overall great concept, I hope you guys continue to do well.
