Shake-A-Salad

This place has a wide variety of salad options and toppings. Serving size was adequate. My issue came with the appearance of a spider in my salad. Worker initially disagreed that's what it was and then determined it was indeed a spider. Lost my appetite and tossed more than 1/2 of an $18 salad.
Note to owner's statement: Your response is disappointing. I did indeed pick up a piece of salad off the table and place it in the top half of the salad takeout container. I was thoroughly enjoying the salad until I found the spider. Your manager asked what he could do to make it better once he determined it was the critter. I didn't ask for anything. I don't expect anything. My integrity is in tact. I wish you luck in your business.

Had the southern BBQ chicken wrap and it was absolutely amazing. Oh that sauce will have you licking your fingers. From the first bite til the last all you taste is freshness and goodness. I be back tomorrow!

Delicious! I tried one of their rice bowls, the Asian Marinated Chicken Rice Bowl, and it was very good. I knew it was going to be good, but didn't expect it to be as good as it was. It just had a quality taste to it that wasn't like other rice bowls I've had.

I also have a food allergy and they were more than happy to swap out ingredients. All the staff were very friendly and it was just overall a nice atmosphere. If you don't like rice bowls, I heard their salads are amazing too! My Mom had one and really enjoyed it.

Overall, I would highly recommend!

While I do enjoy this place, the food is fresh and tasty and I will continue to eat here...I just wish they could get my order correct just once. First order, they forgot the dressing for my salad, second order they forgot the extra dressing I paid for, third order they forgot the chips and tonight they overlooked the toppings I requested be removed. Everything is on the receipt, just need the person who is putting the orders together to pay closer attention. But I do love their salads!

It's very quiet inside the store. It's kind of awkward with customers just waiting. Ordered from a kiosk which is nice. But I had no idea when my food would be done. Ended up being a 15 minute wait. The food was crisp and seemed fresh. $13 for a wrap and soda is a bit much I think.
