I gotta say I miss the pretzel pizza, and for a time after that promotion went away, one of the employees would still make one for me saying "we have the stuff for it and I know how to make it, so why not." I wish I remember who that guy was so I could asked for a few more of those in recent months, it was really tasty.”

“I kept asking for extra extra extra mayo on my burger and Kevin didn't mind at all he empathized with me when I told him that most restaurants just dont get it right and tried to make it happen. Walked up to each employee preparing my meal to make sure there was more than enough mayo and now I'm glad I went to Wendy's instead of Chinese food. I love it when people go out of there way despite it JUST being a fast food joint. Really gives me hope and motivates me to do better at my own job.”

“Two out of the three last times we’ve been there the service was terrible (outside tables). I had to go ask for somebody to wait on us ( it’s been before 4). This afternoon we were told oh, we don’t have any waitress assigned to the outside area. When we finally got a waitress it took forever to get our food. She even came over and said, sorry, we were getting ready to serve 2 tables of 12. There weren’t any tables of 12, and what if there were? Two to three tables got their food before we did. One more time we are done. The restaurant seems under staffed and the girl who seated us had to answer a phone while trying to talk to us. Rude.”

On our last visit, we noticed an employee by the name of John go out of his way to ensure the dining area was clean, the area around the register was clean, and he did all this with a smile. He also spoke to a lot of customers and helped 2 ladies with their special orders without any eye-rolling or signs of impatience. The world needs more people like him. “Really great food, really good service. It was my first time going, the cashier waited patiently as I stood in awe of the menu. I ordered the Culver's bacon deluxe, with chili cheese fries. It was cooked perfectly, tasted amazing. The chili tasted like real chili. It was everything I was expecting and more. Now their frozen custard, is the best part. With some of their options, you can make your own, and I just love that. It's all delicious, i highly recommend”
