“Food was good. Just one issue. I ordered take out. I arrived 40 minutes after the initial order was placed. After I paid the guy looked at the stack of 20+ pizzas and said it's not up yet. I asked another guy working the other register to check for my pizza since I ordered 40 minutes ago. Sure enough after actually looking through the tickets he found my pizza. If you see a stack of pizzas and they say it's not up yet, have them check again. I have been standing there waiting for a long time. Other than that, everything was good.”

The owners run the restaurant with their focus on customer satisfaction, as well as considering employee needs. You can expect to be greeted by smiling staff, and even get to watch the pizza chefs prepare fresh pies for the windows! I would recommend the garlic knots (which are made daily in house, lathered with copious amounts of butter, garlic, and cheese) and florentine pizza if you have never dined here before. Did I mention the price and portion size are fantastic? This is a true mom-and-pop pizzeria with its roots in New York style pizza.”

However if you want to eat on the run, there are three open booths to eat at. The food is good and the restroom is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. “Folks, I’m new to the area and, until recently, Italian was my favorite cuisine. Angelina’s is the real deal when it comes to Italian and the best Italian option within a 5 mile radius (in my opinion). The owner is a NY Italian and knows his stuff. We catered from the restaurant for a party and folks loved the food. He biggest knock on the place is that the decor is substandard. It’s not the best place to sit with family for a nice dinner. Also the price of pizzas is just a little high. If I could give the owner advice, it would be do a market review of prices to ensure they’re in line with competitors. I’d also recommend upgrading the restaurant decor as soon as possible. Even if the restaurant stays in the same location, the decor should resemble a bistro and be inviting and even romantic. Service could be improved slightly also. Great food though.”
