Chef On The Bay

I have Chef on the bay catering for my daughter bday party of 30 people. I was impressed by the quality of food and service. These guys guys went over and beyond. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Amazing company, best food and outstanding service!
PS: they cook international food including Eastern European!

Can't sing enough praise about this experience. Every course surpassed the last and the friendly service made us feel right at home (pun intended). Don't consider anyone else for a caterer in Florida.

When I called Chef Charlie to book her for my dad's 90th birthday she promised me two things; the food would be delicious and I wouldn't have to do anything...not even pick up a napkin! Boy did she and her team deliver! The food was beyond delicious...it was AWESOME! And, true to her word she and her crew put out and incredible spread and left the house and kitchen spotless. I will be using her again and again. If you are planning a catered event Chef Charlie is the chef you want! PS Make sure to get the Lobster bisque shooters!!!

Chef Charlie and her assistant Debra did an in home cooking class for a group of four of us. The menu had a wide variety of dishes to chose from. The class was about three hours long and allowed us to be as hands on as we wanted. The ingredients were top notch. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone had an absolute blast! And they cleaned my kitchen and washed the dishes before they left :) We plan to do it again. Would definitely recommend.
