Steak 'n Shake

Great staff! Wonderful food! Servers were proper and on time! Would definitely recommend this steak and shake and will definitely be going back!

We have not visited this Steak n Shake for about 6 months as the last visit was atrocious. Half of the tables were full of dirty dishes and another customer video taped the staff and the mess the place was left in for the 90 minutes we were there and never got our order. This visit the place was clean, no dirty tables, a staff member was mopping the floor..the food was great! The wait time for food, having to ask for the extra sides we ordered, and the mistake of our son's meal being charged as adult meal are the reason's I gave it 3 stars. Great job in cleaning up the disaster this place currently was!!! I can't wait to be able to give you 5 stars!

What a pleasant experience! New Manager, she has done a wonderful job making this restaurant great again! Food was delicious and the service was friendly and fast! Our server had only been there a month and he was very personable. Will definitely be back again soon!

For $12.81....two double cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, onions. Great thin french fries. Delicious cup of vegetable soup that i would love to have the recipe for. Applesauce, Ice tea. A real milk chocolate milkshake....served in a large chilled glass. Two good sized chocolate chip cookies. I can't think a better value for such good tasting food.

I came here with a couple of friends, and we ordered the 2 for $3 I got the mushroom Swiss burger and gave the fries to my buddy. I loved it. My friends water had a hair in his water. The waitress was so helpful and replaced it. They were so happy and friendly. Service was really fast and efficient. I would recommend this place.
