Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I come here every weekend and sometimes during the week, there are great staff. But I well never forget the two host that made my night, Dan and Olivia they where so welcoming and so kind hearted. But recently I haven’t seen them working which does bum me out. I used to know dans cousin Perla which also worked there but at the retail store she was also very welcoming. But if the management gets to see this I really recommend putting them back on the clock together they never disappoint me and my guest!!

Usually very good. Almost all of my visits have been good food and great service. Had one night with a waitress who didn't want to be there. But other than that this place has been very good to me and my coworkers.

We love eating here! Great value for money, we always get so full. The staff are wonderful in the restaurant. Our little girl gets a small gift from the store whenever we eat here, so she is always more than happy with the experience

This was my first visit and I wasn't disappointed. The service was great and the food was awesome. I even picked up some soft peppermint and peanut brittle on the way out. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was perfect. I appreciated the manager stopping by and asking was everything going well.

It is quite difficult for me to give 5 stars instead of 4. Overall, the restaurant was excellent; however, the hostess was quite rude. She was busy on a tablet and did not acknowledge us for a few minutes while we just stood and watched her. Then, she finally acknowledges us and still had us waiting an additional 5 minutes while she finished up on her tablet. She was not very friendly at all with us unlike with others who were more like her whom she treated with friendly service. Anyway, all of that aside, the waitress Tima was excellent as well as our server. The floor manager as well was quite friendly. I can tell that they truly cared about providing excellent customer service. However, I feel that your hostess needs to be someone friendly to all people as she is the first impression. The food was excellent, very tasty and local. It is only because of the customer service of the waitress, server and floor manager that I have decided to rate it at 5. Truly, they were great with their service and that complimented the delicious food.
