Wow, the food was incredible, & the service was right up there too. Was ready to hug the waitress & the cook for making my morning awesome! Love the attitude as expressed on the back of the menu. Wish these people were open more hours for sure!

I've been coming to yannys since I was in high school and I love this place. The homemade yogurt is one of my favorites, so tangy. they have the best French toast around in that is what they're known for, you must try it at least once. They've always treated me good here this is a small gem in Clearwater for breakfast.

Good yogurt homemade. Nice portion size. Feta spinach omelet could have used more spinach. Slow service. Good coffee.

Walked in and sat down. We were greeted promptly and had a nice conversation with the lady who served us. Prices were inexpensive, but the food was very good.

The biscuits and rosemary gravy are the bomb. The bacon is juicy and crispy. The servers are nice and very talkative. The food is prepared quickly and delivered to the table in a fast manner. We are definitely going back.
