Fast drive thru. Never mess up my order. Very polite

Oh my I never been Mich for chicken sandwiches I am more of a burger guy but the buttermilk ranch chicken sandwich is without a doubt the best chicken sandwich I have ever had from every fast food place and even some regular restaurant I get the ranch on the side and dipped my sandwich in it I go there weekly just for that sandwich and well you all already know how amazing hot and fresh fries are WoW and this store has always been clean fast and the workers are enjoyable to deal with and I can't say all this about any other McDonald's keep this up and I will keep coming thank you I hope someone at McDonald's corporate offices read this and see what this store is doing and pass on the knowledge to there other store because I drive pass other McDonald's to go to this one thanks you to who ever read this

I must say probably the best experience I've had at a McDonalds. Karen is amazing, friendly very personable did not mind accommodating my needs very friendly very upbeat. And I got drive through so I'm not home yet but I'm sure the food will be great. I will come to this McDonald's at any time of the day especially at this time of the night which is 3 a.m. Keep up the good work Karen I appreciate you

Best McDonald's in Pinellas County, hands down. Always clean, always polite and efficient service at counter, and the food, well it is as good as you will find at any McDonald's (not saying much, but at least you get it at it's best here). There is a lot to dislike about this chain, but this location does it right. It is a shining example of the potential every McDonald's has. And the staff (mostly Latinas - is that the secret?) here are just great. They work hard and are extremely friendly - you almost forget you are in a fast food restaurant (where so often everyone is rude and customers are treated like intruders). Love this store. District Manager should study this location, assuming his/her salary is sales driven. If every McDonald's was like this sales would increase dramatically.

Kind of busy so I decided to try the computer order machine. Never tried it before and found navigation a bit illogical. Maybe my grandchildren could do a better job. Noticed that no one else tried it while I was there. I think if they want more people to use it they need to make it more intuitive. I'll try it again and see if I can manage it better. Other than that it was McDonald's and I really like the fish sandwich.
