Great hotel, we stayed for one night having travelled from Lake Buna Vista to do Busch Gardens, we then did beach the following day. Room we had looked out towards the sea, great view. Breakfast was also great in the morning. Car parking included in room rate, which we where allowed to use the following day until 4 pm bonus, saved us having to move the car. Would love to come back for a longer time and try the roof terrace restaurant and bar.
Loved it! Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but the rooftop bar is on point! Amazing view, even from the hotel room! Just about everything you needed was in walking distance and right across the street from the beach!
Rooms are a little dated, but very cute & clean with great views. Great location. Staff are so friendly and nice! Definitely will stay again!
So we just checked in a couple hours ago and will be here until Tuesday so I will update this review but….. the young woman who checked us in was awesome. Help us with extra towels, explained the services, and was a great first impression. The room is amazing. Corner room with a big balcony looking right at Pier 60, and three side windows facing the beach also. Very big room, very clean and bathroom/shower very clean. One drawback so far is water pressure but good hot water. Went up to the rooftop bar and had a Gin and Tonic and it was very lively with great view of the beach. I will update but for now this is looking good.
We stayed at Pier 60 for 5 days and had 3 rooms. We had 2 regular rooms and then one room with the kitchenette which had a small fridge, microwave, and sink. All 3 rooms also had pull out couches so there was plenty of spaces to sleep. The mattresses were so extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains were extremely effective for those mornings you need a little extra sleep. We absolutely loved the location because it was just a short walk to the beach, the stores, restaurants, and the pier with all of the major activities. They do offer free breakfast and while it is a free amenity, that is the one criticism we had. Some of the food choices didn't taste the best like the eggs and the gravy for the biscuits but that was just a small thing in comparison to all the rest. The kids absolutely loved the pool when they needed a break from the ocean and spent so much time there. The palm trees made it much more shady for them to stay cool but still have a great time outside in water.
