“We have always had great meals and service at this location except for today. So my rating is based on today only. I ordered a Cobb avocado salad. The portion was huge and looked amazing!! However, after about halfway through, I noticed there was tons of brown lettuce with the core included!! I guess someone thought they would be sneaky and hide it underneath all the good stuff. Like no one would eventually get to the gross mess of lettuce which should have never been given to anyone to consume!!! I saved it to show our server. She took it and gave me more lettuce. My husband was done eating his hamburger before he was given his fries to enjoy with his meal. We even asked in the beginning about the fries which they said they would be ready shortly. Well....20 minutes later they arrived but not until we notified another server passing by. So bad service today and nasty brown lettuce hidden under my salad.”

“Spent a few hours at the bar and the food and service was great. Reminded me of being back with my friends in Chicago. It's nice to find a place where the bartender can work a huge bar and still make you feel like you are the only person there. April recommended the root beer wings and I was blown away. Good to see that my bartender knew the menu as well as the beer choices. She made me want to come back, and I will ! Experienced bartenders can make a difference and I'll be back, along with my friends! Even at a mall, you can get a local bar feeling.”

“Service was GREAT! I took my son to experience his first time to have lobster and crab legs. The lobster was over cooked and salty. He told me his lobster tasted salty. I tried it because I had told him lobster was sweet. His lobster was rubbery and salty. I was disappointed because, I wanted his first experience to be a good one. Our server was AWESOME... I didn't want to complain because the lady behind us was complaining about how salty all her food was. All the other food was good.. But if the name of your business is called Red Lobster it should be prepare it correctly.”

“I know that the ownership just recently changed. The person I went with was used to the old owners and said that the place was a lot better before. I had pizza and had no problems with it whatsoever. He had a eggplant parmesan sandwich. He said the taste was okay and that he was happy with it. “Really cute place! Delicious, fresh to order food. Wish they offered half sizes on the salads. This pic is of my salad ~after~ both my husband and i ate! Will be back to try other options. The acai bowl was pretty huge too but it was $10 so it should be. I want one for breakfast but can't justify a $10 breakfast. I'm not sure if they offer smaller sizes on the bowls. Very tasty bowls but my daughter added honey to hers, it was a little tart for her liking. So glad to have this as a healthy option on Drew Street!!”
