    Helena catered a celebration of life for 50 folks. She did an incredible job. The food was fabulous and fun!!!!!!!! The presentation was gorgeous!!!!!!!! And their presence was easy and unobtrusive. From start to finish Helena was great to work with- clear guidelines to what she was offering.
    All the guests went home well satiated and happy!!!!!!!!

    Best Jamaican food in st. Petersburg Fl.
    The service received from the owner is the best I have ever seen. This lady truly loves what she does.

    The food is amazing!the price is very good also.I have tried alot of Jamaican restaurants in this area.Island Flavors is by far the BEST!!Also the decor is beautiful and everything seems fresh and clean.has a beautiful island vibe to it. Great food great ambience give it a try:)

    The food here is extremely delicious and the place inside is clean and orderly. I have had food at many Jamaican restaurants across the country and this is one of the best. They have a great variety and the owner is very kind and generous. I'm very glad I found this place.

    First time going to this restaurant & up u gotta give credit when credit is due. The food here is simply delicious!!! Had rice with beans cabbage sweat plantains &2types of chicken. Sufficient amount of food for only $9!! This place reminds me of mamas cooking with a secret ingredient of a touch of love. Keep up the good work!! I know I will be coming back, you've made me a new customer! Wouldn't mind giving a 5 star, I just feel it was to soon. Definitely worth a 5 star though.
