McDonald's

This is the best McDonald's in my area. They always get my order correct. Also my food is always hot and good. The manager always seems to have everything under control and the employee are always professional. I've had some problems with the other McDonalds in the area but this one is always great. I will literally go out of my way to go to this one. Thank you Seminole Mickey D's!

On this visit I ordered the Original grilled chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. After two bites I returned it to the counter because the chicken breast was tough and did not taste right. They happily replaced my sandwich with a Crispy Buttermilk chicken sandwich but it too was not up to par. It was over cooked had way too much mayo and tasted very salty and dry. The fries were hot and crispy and my drink just fine. I have been to this location on several locations and usually get great service and food. However, I think maybe the staff did not take care with food preparation and management should address the issue for the future.

Long wait in the car line to get late night food. Almost 25 minute wait in car line. It appeared that only two employees were in the store working. When I got to the pick up window to purchase the food, I told them about my concerns and they were nice enough to give us our food for free. They need at least 4 people working to run this operation more smoothly.
