Cafe Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine

We were visiting from Saint John, New Brunswick Canada and stopped in here for an early dinner! What an incredible experience, the food was AMAZING and the staff was fantastic! I had these date filled cookies for dessert and bought more to take home, they didn't last long! This was probably one of the most memorable meals I have ever had at a restaurant, absolutely delicious ????

Best authentic middle eastern food in Tampa Bay. I come here for lunch twice a week. The soup is home made and a MUST!!!!
The humus and grape leaves are also amazing. They have only 4 tables inside and one outside, so sometime you have to wait for a seat.
If you're reading this, you must stop by and eat here!!!!
Update: Jan 2020. This place continues to improve. They now opened a bigger space for seating and just added a brick oven which I am sure will produce delicious fare. Highly recommend this place.

Food was delicious and is organically grown for the most part. Owner appears to put a lot of effort into healthy food preparation. Waitress was a friend of the owner and was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend eating here.

If you haven't tried this wonderful dining experience, I strongly encourage you to taste the love in her food! It is healthy, reasonably priced and you'll be treated like family.
If you have tried but haven't been in lately, discover their new expansion which now includes The Cork Wine Bar. Beautiful, intimate design.
Take out is an option. You can call ahead to save time.

This was my first visit since this place completed a complete remodel. The food was fresh and delicious just like it was before and even though it has a much fancier interior the prices were still the same. Very affordable. They serve homemade Lebanese and Middle Eastern food. Worth a visit.
