This is my neighborhood Starbucks that I frequent on a daily basis. 99% of the time I get top notch service however, there is one female barista who lacks basic customer service skills. She’s abrasive and I find her tone of voice to be quite rude. No one wants to be spoken to like a little kid at 7am on Sunday morning, especially before we’ve had our morning coffees! I’m leaving 4 stars because the other employees at this store are amazing, let’s not let one bad apple spoil the bunch!

Friendly, always busy so the drive thru line is always long but that's to be expected they seem to fill the orders quickly and get ya through as fast as possible.

I gave the Starbucks five stars only for the staff members they made wonderful drinks and I've always made me feel comfortable but for the manager that worked this morning is probably the rudest manager to speak to her staff in front of guests in the tone that she did is unacceptable. When your staff feels that somebody needs a cup carrier that has more than three drinks the cup carrier is needed. Maybe Karen or whatever her name is can maybe do a better order for her top carriers and not yell at her staff in front of customers.
