Flapjacks

What an awesome restaurant! The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. The owner was friendly and our server was on point. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs. Absolutely delicious. I also ordered their french toast for a little dessert. It was just how french toast should taste. Perfection! What a cool little place.

I really like this place! Standard diner fare, but done well. The omelets look amazing, but I'm hung up on biscuits and gravy. I get a 1/2 order with home fries and coffee. Out the door with tip around $9. My only downside is this place is pretty small, and popular which means it's packed during morning peak. Waits of 20 minutes or more are not uncommon. Life's too short to rush through anyway, so relax, grab a table when ya can, eat good food!

Overall, this is the best value and service for a nice meal in Palm Harbor. The servers are kind, courteous and attentive, and the food is delicious. Never ever had a bad experience here. I only wish they had egg salad and Italian Wedding soup at this location...
And today, they made egg salad! It was delicious! Linda, our server, and Dusty, the manager, saw to it!
