Positano's Ristorante

Positano's is where we always end up when we have something to celebrate. It feels so special - very cozy and welcoming on the inside. The food is always fantastic, although it could use some variety. The pasta always tastes fresh, and the portions are more than generous. I always make reservations - it tends to fill up quickly.

I took my mom here once for lunch and my mom was almost impossible to please being the perfectionist she was. She always brought up how wonderful a time she had there and appreciated everyones attentiveness. Oh and she loved the food, always raved about the food and she was a stickler when it came to food, lol.

The owner always asked about my mom when I would show up there intermittently, spanning almost three years since that time.

My mom passed away last Monday. We had been trying to set up an after service get together for everyone, but somehow just dropped the ball during all the commotion of such a day.

I decided to give Positano's a call and see if they could accommodate almost 20 of us at such a short notice. They remembered mom and they were able to set us up in a private room with open arms.

The service was excellent and the food was fantastic as usual. However, what I will always remember is that first time I took my mom there for lunch and the compassion everyone had for her. It was a memory she always talked about. It was fitting we honored her there with family in a loving environment with the staff of Positano's.

Best Restaurant in Pinellas County! I was going to say the best Italian restaurant, but really, it's my favorite in the area. Their service is excellent and attentive, the food is outstanding - flavorful and hearty portions. Make a reservation, you will not be disappointed.

We moved here from NY 6 years ago. One day we stumbled upon Positanos and are so happy we did. It reminds us of some of our old standbys in NY. Food is consistently good. They are accommodating when making special requests. Their soups are amazing. Pizza delicious. Recently we brought family visiting from NYC here and they loved it. We love it here!

I had the good fortune last night to dine at this amazing restaurant for the first time. I was one of 10 people celebrating my daughters birthday. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We lost track of the time and stayed after hours. They never made us feel rushed and were very nice about having to stay a little late. I now have a new favorite restaurant.
