BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

So I would first like to say that The customer service I received from Mike my server was immaculate. Even when we had issues with our food he handle the issue with easy and he didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much, we know women can be difficult. The manager came to our table and got a clear understanding of what we wanted, what we expected and brought it to light. I ordered the deep dish pepperonizilla and it was fantastic!!! The crust was buttery and crispy, cheese was oozing and pepperoni was in every bite!

Good was delicious. Service was really quick even with a full house. Waitress was very attentive. We had the white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie with ice cream to end the meal. Still gooie and hot. Prices were reasonable.

When we were first greeted, they asked if we were a part of their loyalty program (it was our first time there so we were not). When we said no they told us to stand us to the side, and took the next group (who weren't loyalty members either?). Then we got seated next to a huge party, even though there were a bunch of seats open. We asked to be moved, the hostess said "no" a bit snobby, even though my sister asked to move politely. Then she came back and said they are moving a group so we can sit at a booth. When we were walking towards the booth the hostess said "Yeah, ill push in the chair for you" under her breath, with a very rude tone (directed towards my mother). Our waitress didn't come for a little bit after we were seated. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. I was honestly taken back by the hostesses attitude. I was a host at one point, and would have NEVER treated customers like that. Food was good, first impressions not so much! But might give it another shot.

Great local hangout with a wonderful food selection. Lots of people come here for happy hour on Friday nights. The food is very reasonably priced and the wait staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended for people in town as well as those visiting this great City!

Delicious & excellent value! Wonderful Gluten-free items along with Vegan & Keto friendly foods. I had a center cut sirloin steak with roasted asparagus. Yummy. The manager (Gary) makes time to greet the patrons, while we eat, asking if all was to our liking. Very warm, personable. This will become my go to place for sure.
