Buona Ristorante

LOVE this restaurant! Everything is good, staff is friendly. We found it by happenstance, we were expecting a pizza joint. It is so much more! Their pizza is delicious, their pasta is homemade! We go once a year when we travel down to st Pete and look forward to it all year!

Excellent pizza pie. Food was top notch. Wait staff was exceptional as well. Chris was great! Very professional and well suited for the venue.

Will soon joined Chris in double teaming me, and I enjoyed every minute of it!!

Even though a store-front Ristorante, still an outstanding place. Good food, and great staff. Highly recommended. Just request Chris or Will. You will not be disappointed.

Trying to decide which beach to enjoy was not difficult.... because of Buona Ristorante!! More than worth the drive from Wesley Chapel. Love the ambiance. Service (Angela) was fantastic! Having a true “Brooklyn” pizza expert saying this is his FAVORITE pizza speaks for itself. We had appetizers thru dessert and loved every bite—and will enjoy again the stuff we are taking home. Thank you!!

Decided to pop in. Quaint little place. Pizza was good and Alfredo with chicken was delicious, Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, highly recommend. Will was our waiter and did a great job.

After posting this review on Google, the owners reached out to me and apologized for what happened. I have now revised my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on my past experiences with food quality and service and the owner's efforts. Hopefully my poor experience was an anomaly... here's my original post - I ordered by phone and told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived on time and paid and was told by the waitress at cash register that it would just be a minute. Then waited for 20-25 minutes when she finally reached up and grabbed our pizza that had been sitting up on top of the oven the whole time I was standing and waiting. When I complained she said "don't worry it will still be warm". Well, it wasn't and she missed the point! It's too bad as the food is usually pretty good here, but won't be back. Maybe the owner needs to do some better staff training for front line staff. Very annoyed with her, my cold pizza and the 25 minutes waiting.
