Seared 1200 Chophouse

Awesome, and I do mean awesome, salad with entree. Hubby ordered veal and I ordered ribeye. Both were delicious. Craft beer selection lacking, and like so many other establishments, they do not have a full liquor license. As we are tequila and craft beer drinkers, this is the reason for the 4 star rating.

My husband and I had dinner here recently. We have heard great things about the food, but they don't take reservations so the wait can be very long. We waited about half an hour, not too long, we arrived at 8pm. I would recommend sitting outside if you can. The dining room is very small! The open kitchen makes for very noisy dining. Our meal was interrupted several times by dropping plates and other clatter from the kitchen. Also, since we arrived late, by the time we finished the staff was cleaning around us. Our waiter was very attentive, but it's distracting having chairs being put up on the tables around you. However, the meal was delicious! We shared the fried goat cheese appetizer, and our steaks came with house salad (which was quite nice), mashed or baked potatoes (we had one of each, cooked well but slightly boring), and butter rolls (nice but again a little boring). The steaks we're perfect! Nicely seared and seasoned, cooked to a perfect mid rare. We also had a beautiful lobster tail. We will go back but will plan to arrive early and sit outside.

Came here for my wife's birthday. My wife had the ribeye, I had the pork chop. Both were very generous portions and were cooked perfectly (medium). Each dinner came with a salad, choice of baked or mashed potato and fresh baked rolls. The service is exemplary. Because of the prices I save this restaurant for special occasions.

Too bad this place doesn't have more seating! Our party of 6 had to wait a bit, but it was worth it! Excellent service! Excellent food! The steaks were seasoned AND cooked to perfection! Salads and sides were great compliments...though, one baked potato wasn't hot enough to melt all of the butter my wife likes to put on. :-) Pic was taken across the street where we ventured as we waited for our table.

Phenomenal service. Excellent food. We chose to eat here for a second night in a row on our vacation. Food and service was just as good the second night. Steaks seasoned and cooked perfectly. Plan on coming back!
