Cheesesteak Company

Food was pretty good, but took 30 minutes just for us to take it home with us (my husband and I). Glad we didn't try to have a sit-down meal here. Not sure if they were just short staffed or if this is a typical issue. It's close by so will probably end up coming back again. Hopefully our experience will be better next time.

I recently stopped by the Cheesesteak Company for some lunch during holiday travel. We had arrived at an odd time (around 1:30PM), and the place was very quiet. That said, the service was prompt and attentive without being over-bearing. The food did take a little time (maybe 15-ish minutes or so), but was hot and definitely fresh. We got the cheesesteak along with chicken tenders and fries. Everything was excellent. The tenders had a good amount of breading without being over-bearing or greasy. The fries were a real treat. The only thing I'd recommend is adding honey mustard as an option. I had the ranch, which was fine, but honey mustard would've nailed it.

The prices were very affordable, too, which I appreciate (around $10-ish per entree with a couple extra for soft drinks). Now, I noticed a fantastic craft beer selection, too. Had I not been traveling, I may have tried some.

In any event, this is a great, clean restaurant with excellent staff. If stopping by, note that at first blush it looks like a pub. Don't worry, the restaurant and pub are one combined. Recommended if you're wanting some good pub food or a place to enjoy watching the game with some friends.

I am totally in love with their cheesesteak fries!!! I order them off the food truck they have in St. Pete all the time! Definitely check them out. I didn't know until recently that there was a restaurant I only knew of the truck but it's my new favorite spot

I went to the Cheesesteak Company for lunch and left very satisfied with their service and food. I like the way the sandwich was put together so that it is easily eaten by hand. I chose the cheesesteak hoagie and substituted American for the menu listed provolone. They also offer the melted cheddar fondue. The lettuce, tomato and onion didn’t overwhelm the sandwich so the entire savory experience was achieved. The staff was super friendly and service prompt. Definitely going back and recommend the place. Oh I didn’t mention this is also a brewpub. America.
